  1. Principle of fiber selection: The base of Thai rabbit velvet fabric is made of polyester low-elastic yarn as the core raw material. The velvet surface has a high density and is not easy to shed.     • Pre-printing treatment: static electricity elimination and dust removal are performed on the suede surface to improve the color absorption rate of the fabric; the suede surface layer is slightly compacted through the calendering process to create a flat base for printing;

    • Digital printing: Adjust the printing machine parameters according to the pattern requirements, and control the nozzle accuracy to ≤1200dpi to ensure that the pattern details are clear; after printing, steam and solidify the color at a high temperature of 130-140°C, so that the dye can fully penetrate the fiber;

    • Recovery of velvet feel: After color fixation, secondary combing is performed to awaken the fluffiness of the velvet surface, and then soft finishing is performed to improve the smoothness of the fabric.

    • Environmental standards: Formaldehyde-free, low-AZO environmentally friendly dyes are used throughout the process, complying with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification and meeting the safety requirements for personal products.

  1. Washing specifications: It is recommended to hand wash in cold water below 30℃, or put it in a laundry bag and choose the gentle machine wash mode; use neutral detergent, prohibit the use of bleach and softener, to prevent the suede from hardening and the print from fading; when machine washing, the printed side of the fabric should face inward to reduce friction damage to the suede.

  2. Drying and storage: After washing, gently squeeze the water, lay it flat in the shade or hang to dry, avoid exposure to the sun to prevent ultraviolet rays from causing yellowing of the suede and discoloration of the print; after drying, you can gently comb the suede with a comb to restore the fluffy texture; fold it flat when storing, do not stack it heavily, and put it in a breathable storage bag to prevent moisture and mildew.

  3. Ironing precautions: High-temperature ironing is strictly prohibited; if the suede surface is slightly lodging, low-temperature steam ironing (temperature ≤ 80°C) can be used. Keep a distance of 15cm between the iron and the fabric to avoid direct contact with the suede surface and the printed layer.

    • Suede index: Suede density ≥500 fibers/cm², lint loss rate ≤0.5%, no obvious lodging of the suede after multiple washings;
