The super-soft composite single-sided spandex fabric is a new type of functional knitted fabric that combines the three-dimensional texture of the spandex, the high-elastic properties of spandex, the touch of a super-soft base and composite technology. It has structural layering, elastic fit and soft skin-friendliness. Fiber proportioning principle: The fabric base uses ultra-fine denier polyester or nylon as the main raw material, and is blended with 5%-8% spandex fiber. The high elastic recovery of spandex gives the fabric a 30%-50% stretch rate in the transverse direction, and the rebound rate is ≥90%, ensuring that the fabric recovers quickly after stretching; after the ultra-fine denier fiber is softened and finished, it feels soft and smooth, solving the pain point of conventional striped fabrics that tend to become stiff. Principle of the strip structure: A single-jersey knitting machine is used to weave the strip texture. By adjusting the needle bed arrangement and the yarn feeding rhythm, regular longitudinal concave and convex stripes are formed with even spacing, which not only enhances the breathability and three-dimensionality of the fabric, but also improves the anti-pilling performance of the fabric; the composite process allows the fabric to retain the strip's ultra-soft touch on one side, and form an ammonia super-elastic layer on the other side to adapt to different wearing and use needs.
Ultra-soft base weaving of strips: A single-sided circular knitting machine is used to accurately control the stitch length and yarn tension to weave strips of gray fabric with 1x1 or 2x2 specifications. After weaving, it is pre-shrunk and shaped to eliminate internal stress and stabilize the width and weight of the fabric. It is then sanded and softened to form fine short velvet on the surface of the strips, improving the skin-friendly touch.
Single-sided ammonia super composite process
Pre-treatment link: Clean and eliminate static electricity on the strip base and ammonia superelastic membrane to remove surface impurities and improve composite adhesion;
Precise lamination process: hot melt adhesive lamination technology is used to control the lamination temperature (120-140°C) and pressure (0.2-0.4MPa) to ensure that the ammonia super film adheres closely to the substrate without bubbles or wrinkles; after lamination, it is cured at low temperature to strengthen the bonding effect while retaining the elasticity of the fabric;
Post-finishing process: Trim and shape the composite fabric to ensure that the edges are neat, the size is stable, and the stripe texture is not damaged.
Environmentally friendly process standards: Use formaldehyde-free, low-VOCs hot melt adhesives and softeners, comply with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 ecological textile certification, and meet the safety requirements for intimate apparel.

Washing specifications: It is recommended to hand wash in cold water below 30℃, or put it in a laundry bag and choose the gentle machine wash mode; use neutral detergent, prohibit the use of bleach and strong alkaline detergents to prevent the composite layer from falling off and the elasticity of the fabric to attenuate; when machine washing, the strips should be facing inward to reduce friction damage.
Drying and storage: After washing, gently squeeze the water, lay it flat in the shade or hang to dry, avoid exposure to the sun to prevent the fabric from fading and the ammonia super layer from aging and hardening; fold it flat when storing, and do not press the stripping area to avoid stripe deformation; for long-term storage, put it in a breathable storage bag to prevent moisture and mildew.
Precautions for ironing: Try to avoid ironing; if you need to iron, you need to put the fabric with the strip side facing up, set the low temperature mode (temperature ≤ 110°C), iron with a cloth, and avoid direct contact with the ammonia super layer to prevent the elastic film from melting and failing.

Elasticity index: The transverse stretch rate of ammonia supersurface is ≥40%, the rebound rate is ≥92%, and there is no deformation after repeated stretching;
Composite fastness index: washing fastness ≥ level 4, and the composite layer does not fall off or warp after 30 times of washing;
