Double-sided spandex super-soft hot stamping fabric is a new knitted fabric that combines high elasticity, soft touch, and eye-catching decoration. Through the combination of spandex fiber blending and double-sided hot stamping technology, it takes into account both practical performance and fashion attributes. 1. Principles: Fiber synergy and process mechanism

  1. Fiber proportioning principle: The fabric base uses ultra-fine denier polyester/nylon as the main raw material, and is blended with 6%-10% spandex fiber. Double-sided hot stamping process principle: Based on hot press transfer technology, the metal-coated hot stamping film is bonded to both the front and back sides of the fabric under precise temperature (130-150°C) and pressure (0.3-0.5MPa) parameters. The metal coating forms a strong physical bond with the fiber molecules, which not only retains the original elasticity of the fabric, but also gives both front and back sides a uniform and bright metallic luster.     • Pre-processing step: eliminate static electricity, remove dust and clean the base fabric to improve the surface smoothness of the fabric and enhance the adhesion of the hot stamping film;

    • Precise hot stamping process: Use counter-position hot stamping technology to ensure that the alignment error of the front and back hot stamping patterns is ≤0.5mm. The hot stamping speed is adjusted according to the complexity of the pattern to avoid defects such as wrinkles and leakage of the hot stamping layer;

    • Post-styling process: After the hot stamping is completed, low-temperature hot air shaping is performed to further strengthen the bond between the hot stamping layer and the fabric, and at the same time restore the elasticity and softness of the fabric.

  1. Washing specifications: It is recommended to hand wash in cold water below 30℃, or put it in a laundry bag and choose the gentle machine wash mode; use neutral detergent, prohibit the use of bleach, strong acid and alkali detergents, to prevent the oxidation and fading of the hot stamping layer and the attenuation of the elasticity of the fabric; when machine washing, the fabric needs to be turned over to reduce friction on the hot stamping surface.

Drying and storage: After washing, gently squeeze out the water, lay flat to dry in the shade or hang to dry, avoid exposure to the sun to prevent ultraviolet rays from causing cracking of the hot stamping layer and hardening of the fabric; fold flat when storing, do not press or rub the hot stamping parts, store separately, avoid contact with sharp objects to cause snagging.

Precautions for ironing: Try to avoid ironing; if you need to iron, turn the fabric over, set the low temperature mode (temperature ≤ 110°C), use the steam suspension ironing method, keep a distance of 10cm between the iron and the fabric, and prohibit direct contact with the hot stamping layer.
