The key dyeing and finishing process: the gray fabric needs to be shaped at around 195°C to eliminate the internal stress of the weaving and stabilize the width and weight; the dyeing uses a high-temperature overflow dyeing machine, controlling the temperature rise and fall rate of 1°C/min to avoid color flowers and creases; the finished product is reshaped at 160-170°C, and environmentally friendly softeners are added to improve the feel and dimensional stability.
Quality control points: Before dyeing and finishing, the edges need to be sewn into a tube shape to prevent curling and color difference; after dyeing, they should be soaped and color-fixed to improve color fastness, and green production standards should be followed throughout the process.

Drying and storage: After washing, lay it flat to dry in the shade. Avoid exposure to the sun and high temperature drying to prevent the fabric from fading and elasticity attenuation. When storing, fold it flat and do not pull hard to avoid deformation of the rib pattern.
Note on ironing: If ironing is required, set the low temperature mode (not exceeding 110℃) and iron with a cloth to avoid direct contact of the iron with the fabric causing burn marks.
