  1. Fiber proportioning principle: The fabric base is made of ultra-fine denier polyester or nylon as the main raw material, and is blended with 5%-8% spandex fiber.     • Pre-processing: Clean and eliminate static electricity on the super-soft substrate to remove surface dust and hairiness, improve the smoothness of the fabric surface, and ensure clear embossed patterns;

    • Precision embossing process: adjust the temperature, pressure and time of the embossing machine according to the pattern. The more complex the pattern, the longer the embossing time needs to be. Alignment technology is used during embossing to ensure that the pattern position is consistent in mass production;

    • Post-setting process: After the embossing is completed, low-temperature hot air setting is performed to further strengthen the three-dimensional effect of the pattern, while retaining the elasticity and softness of the fabric to prevent the pattern from rebounding and deforming.
