The process type of beautiful velvet printing needs to adapt to the velvet characteristics of the fabric. The mainstream ones are digital direct-injection printing and thermal transfer printing. Screen printing with heavy slurry is rarely used to avoid damaging the soft feel of the fabric. Digital direct-injection printing has high precision and can restore complex and fine patterns such as flowers, cartoons, and gradients. The dye directly penetrates into the fiber without crushing the fluff and retains the original texture of the fabric to a large extent. Thermal transfer printing has bright and saturated colors and excellent color fastness. The color fastness to dry rubbing can reach level 4-5, and the color fastness to wet rubbing can reach level 3-4. It is suitable for large-area simple patterns and solid color gradient designs. The production process pays attention to detail control. The core steps are: first, pre-process the beautiful velvet, remove impurities through pre-washing and shaping, and comb the velvet to make it smooth and fluffy to improve dye adsorption; then select the printing process according to the pattern requirements and accurately control the printing temperature (100-1 40℃) and pressure to avoid high temperature damage to the fiber; then color fixation is performed, and the color is locked through medium and low temperature baking to prevent fading; finally post-finishing is carried out, through gentle carding and softening treatment, to restore the soft and fluffy fluff of the fabric, and check the pattern clarity and fabric feel.
The beautiful velvet fabric after printing has a wide range of application scenarios. It is recommended to wash by hand gently with neutral detergent. The water temperature should be controlled below 30℃ and avoid rubbing the printed parts vigorously. It can be machine washed at low temperature but needs to be placed in a laundry bag. Do not bleach or dry it. When drying, lay it flat to dry in the shade. Avoid exposure to the sun to prevent the pattern from fading and the fluff from hardening. Just store it in a dry and ventilated place.
